Who does not love the sight of food over fire?
With a South African background, we have a deep-seated love for the act of grilling food or the BRAAI as we like to call it. We have also learned from our South American friends who term the act an Asado.
Gather around the fire & watch dinner being prepared; whether it be a backyard event or a sophisticated-luxe feast under the stars, there is no better way to create a theatrical culinary journey for your guests.
How it works.
We require a clear-open outdoor space situated 5+ metres away from walls, fences or dwellings, we then take care of the rest. Enjoy a grazing table to start whilst interacting with our chefs as they tend the fire, roast & smoke dinner to perfection. Each main course /protein is served as a ‘complete dish’ with its own accompaniment & garnish, all dishes have been designed to complement each other.

A variety of soft and hard cheese.
A selection of charcuterie, salami, bier sticks, Kransky
House-made breads – Sourdough with butter and Focaccia with olives, sundried tomato and garlic.
Basil pesto puff pastry twists.

Main course
Paprika and Oregano dry-rubbed shoulder of lamb, honey glazed carrots and rosemary (GF)
Black pepper Beef short rib, baby potatoes with a smoked paprika butter (GF)
Lemon and herb marinated whole chicken, fried spiced cauliflower. (GF)
Main course dishes served with Honey Gremolata and Chimichurri
Side
Chilli and garlic roasted pumpkin, sweet-salty herb butter (GF)

Petit Whittakers chocolate tarts with berry compote
Petit Torched lemon meringue tarts
